Lively bar tucked away in the heart of charming Kenilworth

Well-cooked food and a nice atmosphere. Buzzing when we arrived, so the atmosphere was good. We had a booth, which was quieter and cozier. I had a main course and we also had two starters as a main. The pork loin was a chop, fine for me as I prefer it on the bone. For some reason I had expected it off the bone….and it was rather weird that there was no mash – only garlic new potatoes. The sauce was lovely but it would have been much nicer with mash! The soup and linguini went down well too.

PLEASE could it get any better…!!! It was far too long since my last visit, but beyond happy to have found time to literally gorge myself on food of such perfection it was almost silly. Obviously I wasn’t the only guest to try to stop taking that last gourmandise mouthful, but unable to resist. Really people leave looking like they’re leaving a pre-natal clinic – Holding their tummies in delight, full, but not bloated and looking beyond content. As always – hot plate, hot food, fab staff, an owner/chef to love and a meal that means I certainly cannot (if I’d ever wondered!?!) have a Sunday Roast anywhere, but…!!! (P.S. As I always say, I don’t have shares, I just admire culinary perfection!) Please, go revel, gorge and discover what food did and should taste like. SIMPLY FABULOUS! Ax

80th Birthday We came for lunch for my Mom’s 80th today and the whole team were so lovely, they wished her a very happy birthday as we entered and gave her some bubbles. The lunch was delicious as usual but it was the staff that also made her day. Thankyou all. 🥰

Excellent value and service Pomeroys always offer a great service as well as great food. Best breakfast in Kenikworth. Sunday lunch is always great too!

Breakfast at POMS Another great Breakfast provided by the famous POM and her staff. 12 hungry peeps all served with delicious, hot food and drink. All timely served by fabulous staff. Give Pomeroys a try, you won’t be disappointed.

No 1 for Pomeroys! From the moment we walked in (looking very wet, dishevelled and cold) we were given a warm welcome from all the staff – and it made such a difference. Despite it being a Sunday we didn’t want the traditional Sunday lunch but a snack of some sorts. No problem at all. We ordered toasted paninis with different fillings and they arrived within 10 minutes complete with a massive portion of chips. The lady that served us – possibly the owner – was an absolute treasure in her service and light conversation.

Top Notch Whenever I go to Pomeroy’s there are no complaints from me! The food is always top-notch as is the service! Also, on a Friday night, there is always live music on. What more could you want? 🥰

FANTASTIC venue , fantastic staff , perfect Pomeroys , does not disappoint ! I have been here many times ,sometimes just for coffee sometimes food. We decided to take some family for breakfast this week and WOW , the service was amazing the staff I couldn’t fault , happy and attentive to all needs, the food was delicious , varied choice and hot what’s not to love at pomeroys everyone❤️
